Tom Donohue, founder of Who's Positive, developed an outreach program entitled "Who's Positive" which is designed to offer an insight into the life of HIV+ youth. Tom is an ethusiastic and tireless leader and Artemis is happy to help his organization with web site design services and the programming needs of his organization.
